Mr. Tützer holds a Law Degree from the University of Buenos Aires and a Master's in Law from Columbia University in New York.

He specializes in corporate law, advising foreign and domestic companies in corporate, financial, and tax law. He has been involved in highly complex domestic and cross-border transactions, involving mergers, acquisitions and debt restructuring processes.

In 2013 Mr. Tützer was nominated as a Leading Individual in the areas of Corporate Law, M&A, and Bankruptcy and  Restructuring by Chambers Latin America. He is a member of the Buenos Aires and San Isidro Bar Association and a member of the Argentine Association of Tax Studies.

Mr. Cardinal holds a Law Degree from the University of Buenos Aires and a Master's Degree in Comparative Jurisprudence from New York University.

He is a professor in the Master of Law program of Austral University in the subject of Technology Law, Privacy and Internet and the author of various articles on foreign investments and Bilateral Investment Treaties. He is also a lecturer for the post-graduate Master program of the Argentine Association of Telecommunications Law in Internet and technology law issues.

Mr. Cardinal is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA) and a member of the Buenos Aires and San Isidro Bar Association.
