Xavier founded his own firm dedicated to corporate and investor clients, whether in a national, European and international context. He particularly specialized in legal support to developing and securing business between Latin America and Europe.

He holds a master’s in international business law from the University Paris V - Descartes. In practice, he has a solid professional experience, especially in Anglo-Saxon law firms, in advisory services and commercial law litigation including contracts, trademarks, international trade, competition and labor law.

 

Dolors holds a master’s degree in International Trade Law from the Paris X University, Nanterre, a Master's Degree in European Union Law from the Carlos III University, Madrid, and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Administration from Pompeu Fabra University, Barcelona.

She is a member of the Bar Association of Paris and worked in the Competition Law and Distribution departments of prestigious law firms in Paris and Brussels, where she specialized in these matters, especially in Franchise Law.

In November 2011, she joined the XSG Avocats where she where she provides both advising and litigation services in civil and business law.
