Mr. Di Terlizzi is a Certified Tax Advisor (Dottore Commercialista) and a lawyer with extensive experience and specialization in corporate tax, corporate law, corporate restructuring and reorganization, tax planning, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and family business.

He graduated both in Economics and Law from the University of Milan. He is a Statutory Auditor of major national and international groups and a member of the Board of Directors of financial and service companies.

Mr. Romano graduated in Business and Economics at the University of Bologna. He is registered with the Association of Chartered Accountants and the Register of Auditors.

He is a member of the Board of Statutory Auditors of major national and international companies.

Mr. Romano has vast experience in the areas of Corporate Tax, Tax Planning, Transfer Pricing, Tax Litigation and specializes in taxation issues relating to insurance companies, both nationally and internationally.
