Nick Chen is the founder and managing partner of the Pamir Law Group. His extensive international experience has led him to successfully complete hundreds of foreign investments in Greater China in all coastal provinces and many inland provinces for Fortune 100 Multinational Corporations, private companies, family groups and private equity groups in the United States, Europe and Japan, and help companies and investors develop and implement practical cross-border strategies and programs to achieve safer business operations and growth.
Additionally, he has served as advisor on a wide range of cross-border transactions in various industries including TMT, green technology, alternative and traditional energy, hospitality and tourism, food and beverages, services, financing of infrastructure projects, aircraft financing, complex litigation, government relations and multi-jurisdictional antitrust litigation and intellectual property and trade secret litigation. He is a supporter of community development NGOs in China and Taiwan.
Nick has a J.D. from New York University School of Law, and a Bachelor’s at Yale University.
