Juan Carlos Gallegos Happle

Mr. Gallegos is a lawyer and consultant specialized in corporate law, offshore structures, real estate projects, trusts, taxation, asset protection and family businesses.

He served as counsel of CitiBank N.A. Ecuador and as Assistant Manager of Corporate Banking at ABN Amro Bank. He has written many essays and publications on tax, commercial and trademark law. He is also a mediator and arbitrator at the Arbitration and Mediation Center of the Ecuadorian-American Chamber of Commerce. He is a board member of different service, industrial and wholesale companies.

Mr. Gallegos holds a Law and J.D. Degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of Ecuador (PUCE). He earned an MBA in International Business from Thunderbird University in Glendale, AZ, and completed the Executive Leadership Program for Professional Services Firms at Harvard Business School. He also has a Post-graduate Degree in tax and a specialization in Finance and Securities Law.

Edgar Neira Orellana

Mr. Neira is a lawyer and consultant specialized in administrative law, tax law, litigation, and arbitration both locally and internationally.

He has extensive professional experience in the field of law. He is the founder and president of the Ecuadorian Academy of Administrative Law and serves as an arbitrator for the Arbitration and Mediation center of the Quito Chamber of Commerce and for the International Arbitration Chamber of the Ecuadorian-British Chamber of Commerce. He is also a professor of administrative law for the undergraduate and master law program at San Francisco de Quito University and a guest speaker at many events related to international arbitration, tax law and administrative law.

Mr. Neira holds a Law and J.D. Degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of Ecuador (PUCE) and a Masters Degree in administrative law from San Francisco de Quito University.
