Attorney, founder and managing partner of Josué Bacalhau & Associados. Mr. Bacalhau is an attorney with more than 35 years of legal experience, specialized in the areas of business law, labor, tax and corporate affairs.

He is a Certified Public Accountant, with postgraduate degrees in Business Law Advisory, European Law and Regional Administration. He also holds a master’s Degree in Criminal law with special focus in Economics and Tax.

Mr. Bacalhau has worked as an independent consultant and certified accountant for several national and international companies since 1975, as well as attorney and legal advisor for several national and international companies, including companies in Europe, Africa and Latin America.

He was Mayor / Municipal President from 1989 to 1997 in Vila Viçosa, Portugal. 20 years later, in 2017 he debuted as a candidate for Municipal President of Vila Viçosa and remains with active participation in civil and political associations.

Ricardo is an attorney and business consultant with more than 15 years of experience, with a special focus on contracts and international business, corporate law, labor law as well as business consulting and management. He has a postgraduate degree in Labor Law and a master’s Degree in Business Law with a focus on Corporate Law and Contracts.

Ricardo specializes in corporate and contractual law, labor law and advisory for both national and international companies, serving as legal counsel to executive boards and as legal advisor for companies.

In the field of consulting, Ricardo helps companies and businesses to grow in international markets through integration and project management, tax, accounting and management consulting.
