Mr. Castellà is an Auditor and Chartered Accountant member of the ROAC since 1988 with a Degree in Economics and Business from the University of Barcelona.

He is an expert in forensic accounting in economic matters and in business analysis for mergers and acquisitions from the Collegi de Censors de Jurats de Comptes de Catalunya (Catalan Auditors Association).

Mrs. Fontes is Director and Partner of the Tax Department and the Asset Management Department.

She holds a Degree in Law from the University of Valencia and she is Official Real Estate Official Agent and Member of the Catalan Realtors Association (A.P.I.).

She specializes in tax, real estate, and family business advisory issues.

Mr. Serrano holds a Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Barcelona and is an official auditor registered with the ROAC. He has over 18 years of experience at the firm.
