Nick Chen is the founder and managing partner of the Pamir Law Group. His extensive international experience has led him to successfully complete hundreds of foreign investments in Greater China in all coastal provinces and many inland provinces for Fortune 100 Multinational Corporations, private companies, family groups and private equity groups in the United States, Europe and Japan, and help companies and investors develop and implement practical cross-border strategies and programs to achieve safer business operations and growth.

Additionally, he has served as advisor on a wide range of cross-border transactions in various industries including TMT, green technology, alternative and traditional energy, hospitality and tourism, food and beverages, services, financing of infrastructure projects, aircraft financing, complex litigation, government relations and multi-jurisdictional antitrust litigation and intellectual property and trade secret litigation. He is a supporter of community development NGOs in China and Taiwan.

Nick has a J.D. from New York University School of Law, and a Bachelor’s at Yale University.

Juan Carlos provides strategic advice and operational support to clients in Latin America, the United States and Europe in market entry and expansion activities, intercultural trade negotiations, selection of strategic partners, mediation of trade disputes, corruption investigations, background checks, and M&A transactions in China and Taiwan.

Among his multiple skills, Juan Carlos is an expert on global market business trends and the local business environment in China, allowing him to develop win-win scenarios in complex situations when addressing business and legal issues, while also addressing the cultural sensitivities and personality types of all decision makers in the room.
